The Effect of Facilities and Accommodation on Employee Performance (Caddie) at Pangkalan Jati Golf Course

This study aims to (a) determine the effect of Facilities and Accommodation on employee performance (caddie) at Pangkalan Jati Golf Course, (b) to determine simultaneous Facilities and Accommodation on employee performance (caddie) at Pangkalan Jati Golf Course, (c) to find out which variables affect the performance of employees (caddie) at Pangkalan Jati Golf Course. The research sample consisted of 85 respondents who were employees (caddies) at Pangkalan Jati Golf Course. The study used quantitative analysis methods of data collection using questionnaires. The study results show that facilities and Accommodations produce data that positively and significantly affect employee performance (caddie) at Pan Golf Course.
