Analysis of Concert Ticket Prices and Product Quality on Domestic Audience Satisfaction at The Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) Concert at Gelora Bung Karno Jakarta

This study aims (a) to determine the effect of concert ticket prices on the satisfaction of the Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) concert audience at GBK Jakarta and (b) to determine the effect of product quality on the satisfaction of the Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) concert audience at GBK Jakarta and (c) to determine the effect of concert ticket prices and product quality on the satisfaction of the Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) concert audience at GBK Jakarta. This study involved a sample of 100 respondents, who were domestic audiences of the Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) concert at GBK Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative method in which data is collected through a questionnaire and processed with the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The research results show that variables such as the work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance but work motivation does not have a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance. The results showed that the ticket price variable had a positive and significant effect on audience satisfaction and the product quality variable also had a positive and significant effect on audience satisfaction. In tests conducted jointly, the variables of concert ticket prices and product quality had a positive and significant influence on audience satisfaction at the Blackpink World Tour (Born Pink) concert at GBK Jakarta
